Our pizzas

We don’t fully-load our pizzas, but allow the carefully-chosen toppings to speak for themselves. These include local cheeses, British cured meats and our own delicious, slow-cooked tomato sauce. 
 
Our British charcuterie is one of the ingredients we’re most proud of and we work hard to source lovingly-cured meats from all over the UK. We also seek out local Kentish producers, making small batch cured meats with passion. Chorizo, fennel salami, nduja salami and morcilla are just some of the British meaty slices of goodness that top our pizzas. Some of our favourite purveyors of cured meats include Cobble Lane, Moons Green, Trealy Farm and Dingley Dell. 
 
 

To drink…

We also have an amazing selection of British beers and lagers available and we work with some excellent local brewers. Our cider and lager on-tap come from Kentish brewers Curious Drinks and we have bottles and cans from the Northdown Brewery in Margate, Shepherd Neame in Faversham and some exciting craft ales by Docker Brewery in Folkestone. 

Our apple juice is English and is actually made just down the road from Kentish apples, by Owlet, who are Taste of Kent award winners.
