OUR MENU | The pizzas
Described by Zoe Williams, food critic of The Sunday Telegraph, as the “best pizza I’ve ever had,” we create a thin and crispy base, made with our own special recipe dough. We don’t fully-load our pizzas, and allow the carefully chosen toppings to speak for themselves: local cheeses, British cured meats and our own delicious, slow-cooked tomato sauce.
Because our produce is from small, independent producers, we may occasionally swap our usual suppliers with other British goods.
We also have gluten-free bases: please note that our kitchen is a floury environment, so we cannot ensure that our gluten-free bases are 100% gluten-free.

Our house wine comes straight from our bespoke wine taps that you can help yourself to (we charge by the glass, so if you fancy another, let one of our team know and then head for a refill).
We have an amazing selection of British beers and lagers available. We serve Curious Brew lager and cider, which are made by award-winning winemakers, Chapel Down, as well as ales by Gadd’s, which is brewed in Ramsgate. We also have Peroni on draught.
